Panzanella Salad, A rustic Tuscan bread salad made with juicy heirloom tomatoes, crisp cucumber, red onion, and fresh basil, tossed with toasted artisan bread in a zesty red wine vinaigrette.

Fazzoletto di Ossobuco, Hand-folded fazzoletto pasta stuffed with slow-braised ossobuco and creamy ricotta, finished with a rich demi-glace sauce and topped with shaved ricotta salata.
